Between the years 2000 and 2007, Robert Reid was the Artistic Director of the independent theatre company, theatre in decay. The company produced over thirty original works, including Screaming in America: The Bill Hicks Project, Empire, Sweet Staccato Rising, All Dressed Up and No One to Blow, and All of Which are American Dreams. The company worked predominantly in found spaces and at The Store Room theatre.
